Kiera Smith is a passionate dancer who began her dance journey at Jennifer’s Arts in Motion at the age of 7. She is currently completing her BFA in Dance and Concurrent Education at York University. She is trained in various genres including Contemporary, Lyrical, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop. Kiera has competed at the Dance World Cup in Spain (2022) and Portugal (2019), as well as with the Canadian Tap Team at the IDO Tap Dance Competition in Germany in 2018. She has also achieved her BATD Associate certification in Ballet. Beyond her performance credits, Kiera is a leader and mentor within the dance community, where she strives to motivate young students to grow their skills, confidence and love of dance.
